The 48-year-old said last Friday: “I am innocent.”

When asked by the judge why he did not explain his judgment in Albania, he replied:

“I thought the migration office knew that.” With regard to the DNA traces that he found at the site of the ATM explosion, he said: “This is not my trail.”

The accused’s lawyer demands the full release of his client, i.e. immediate release from prison and the compensation for the Kosovar.

According to him, the DNA relationship has formal and essential defects.

This was rejected by the public prosecutor. “Expertise is stable.”

He demanded a prison sentence of six years and one month in prison.

The prosecutor also told him a few words about the defendant: “His life is characterized by crimes.” He secretly joined Switzerland with false information, so he has to be excluded from the country for 14 years.

As the Supreme Court of Zurich announced on Tuesday, she sentenced the accused to an effective imprisonment of 5.5 years and ten years with deportation from the country.
