Serbia shpall “non grata” dy

Arguing that they pose a threat to national security, Serbia has declared two Albanians, Gazmir Mema and Edlira Lila, non grata.

The two were among a group of 14 civil society members interviewed by Serbian intelligence in collaboration with Serbian police.

Their passports came with a one-year ban on entering Serbia, reports Klankosova.tv.

Analyst Florent Zeqaj sees this as a common practice by Serbia towards Albanians and emphasizes:

“Serbia has a long list of former members of the KLA who actually face a terrible fate, as Serbian law still provides for punishments for this category of people who are vital to the state and the creation of Kosovo,” Zeqaj said in the statement Broadcast “Seven Hours” on KlanKosova.tv.
