The Karagaq Sports Gym in Peja once again had problems in the heating system, which was caused by the counting of votes for MPs.
According to fitness management, the defect is caused by a broken heat plate that goes back to the 1970s, reports Klankosova.tv.
Due to low temperatures, the number of votes was slow.
So far, only 33 of the 132 ballots have been counted.
