An American Airlines aircraft collided with a helicopter in Washington DC, said the Federal Aviation Administration.
According to US media reports, the American Airlines aircraft rushed into half in the Potomac River. The helicopter involved in the collision is located near the aircraft.
American Airlines has confirmed that there were 60 passengers and four crew members on board, Klankosova.tv.
Police officers have announced CBS News that 18 search teams were found at the collision office 18 troops and that no survivors have been found so far.
There is still no official update of the authorities about the number of victims.
