Naim Murseli, a former husband of Liridona Adudemaj, has not guilty the attack, which was raised when the deceased was murdered.
He said before the process body at the first hearing: “You are fully acquitted.”
Accused of having killed the 30-year-old are ex-husband Naim Mureli, Granit Plava, Kreshnik Kokala and Tom Dodaj.
The tragic event took place on November 29, 2023 in the village of Bernice in Pristina.
