A serious accident occurred near the village of Lapardha in Vlora.
A “Yamaha” motorcycle collided with a “Peugeot” vehicle driven by 80-year-old citizen JK from Vlora.
The 22-year-old citizen FK, the driver of the motorcycle, was killed.
