AAK is holding a rally in the city of Podujeva with coalition partners.
And the mayor of Gjakova, Ardian Gjini, has stated that they will continue the dream of a free and victorious Kosovo, and therefore voted for AAK together with the coalition partners, reports Klankosova.tv.
“It is a great pleasure to be in Llap. From a mountain peak in Gjakova I can see the entire Kosovo. I know how big we are at heart, but it is a small country and when we arrived someone separated us,” Gjini said.
“You, like me, who see Kosovo from the top of the mountain, I had a dream of Kosovo, and we have a dream of Kosovo.” This dream began earlier than some people think. This dream started with us from Gjakova and you from Llap and Podujeva going to the “Fadil Vokrri” stadium and getting scared when we all sang “Besa-Besa”. We only sang it because Fadil Vokrris won Prishtina, but we believe that victory is in our blood, in our skin, we had the victory of Kosovo, we dreamed that one day Kosovo would be free, independent and will be democratic. We loved it. This victory led to Kosovo’s independence. I’m telling you, don’t give up on this dream.
“Four years ago, every second citizen of Kosovo voted for a party that is now in power. These people believed him. These people are our people. This means we have them as brothers, sisters, cousins, neighbors and colleagues. They’re not bad. They are good people. It is your job to talk to these brothers and sisters: “Do you think Kosovo is good on the paths set by the current government?” It is not good.
He also urged citizens not to cast their votes where they shouldn’t.
