A 45-year-old man died as a result of an accident in Darragjat, Shkodra.
According to police, the deceased was driving a motorcycle when he was hit by a car, reports Klankosova.tv.
“A 31-year-old man was arrested, the driver of the vehicle that collided with the engine. He is charged with “violating traffic rules,” the police statement said.
