The Trump administration has proposed Ukraine that the United States received 50% of ownership of the rare country minerals of the country, and signaled an opening for the placement of US troops to protect them if Russia is a contract for the termination of the War after four US officials.
Instead of paying for minerals, the ownership agreement would be a way for Ukraine to support the USA since February 2022 for billions of dollars of weapons and Kiev, two of the NBC officers said.
Finance Minister Scott Bessent presented the proposal for the United States to own half of the rare country of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky in a draft contract that he brought to Kiev on Wednesday, according to eight American officials who were informed about the meeting.
